Return & Refund Policy 💌
At Bikiwi Bikinis we want you to feel confident, loved and comfortable in your bikini. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help 💖
This policy applies to purchases made on bikiwibikinis.com. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law in Spain or the European Union.
1. Our return window 💌
We want you to feel confident and in love with your Bikiwi pieces.
If something doesn’t feel right, you can request a return within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.
This 14-day period also covers your legal right of withdrawal if you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or Spain.
You can choose between:

a refund, or
-
a Bikiwi store credit for a future purchase 💖
2. Condition of items 👙
Because bikinis are intimate pieces, we have to be extra careful with hygiene and safety.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
-
in the same condition as received,
-
unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, perfume, sand, creams or deodorant,
-
with all original tags and packaging,
-
bikini bottoms and one-pieces must have the hygiene strip intact and not removed.
If the hygiene strip has been removed or the item shows signs of wear, we won’t be able to accept the return for health and hygiene reasons.
3. Non-returnable items 🚫
Unless the item is faulty, we cannot accept returns of:
-
bottoms or one-pieces without the hygiene strip,
-
visibly worn or damaged items,
-
custom or personalised products,
-
gift cards or store credits,
-
items marked as on Sale.
4. Damages, issues & wrong items 🌈
We carefully check every parcel, but if:
-
your order arrives damaged,
-
the item is faulty, or
-
you receive the wrong product,
please email us at info@bikiwibikinis.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include:
-
your order number,
-
clear photos of the issue.
If we confirm the problem, you can choose between:
-
a replacement (subject to stock), or
-
a full refund,
and in this case we will cover the return shipping costs 🚚💕
5. Return shipping costs 💸
For all other returns (change of mind, size, fit, etc.):
-
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we state otherwise in a special promotion.

If you chose an express or special delivery at checkout, any refund of shipping (when applicable) will be limited to the cost of our standard shipping option.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
6. How to start a return ✨

Email us at info@bikiwibikinis.com with the subject:
“Return / Exchange – Order #XXXX” -
Tell us:
-
your full name,
-
your order number,
-
which item(s) you want to return,
-
if you prefer refund or store credit,
-
the reason (size, fit, other – optional but helpful for us 💕).

We’ll reply with:
-
the return address,
-
and step-by-step instructions.

Please don’t send any items back without contacting us first; packages sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
7. Refunds & store credits 💳
Once we receive and inspect your return:
-
we’ll let you know if it has been approved or rejected,
-
if approved, we’ll process your refund within 14 days,
-
refunds are made to your original payment method, unless we both agree otherwise.
Please remember that your bank or card provider may need extra time to process and post the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from our confirmation, please contact us at info@bikiwibikinis.com and we’ll happily check it for you.
If you choose a Bikiwi store credit instead of a refund, we’ll send you a digital code you can use on your next order – a little love token from us to you 🌺
8. EU 14-day cooling-off period 🇪🇺
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union or EEA, you have the legal right to cancel (withdraw from) your order within 14 calendar days, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right:

you must clearly inform us (e.g. by email) within 14 days from the day you receive your order,
-
the items must meet the conditions above (unworn, with original tags, with hygiene strip intact),
-
you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, except where the item is faulty or we have clearly stated that we will cover those costs.
Some items do not have a right of withdrawal, in particular sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (such as bikini bottoms or one-pieces where the hygiene strip has been removed).
