1. Processing times ⚙️

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is confirmed.

We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays 🌙

During launches, sales or holidays, processing times may be a little longer – we’ll always do our best to keep you updated ✨
2. Shipping destinations & delivery estimates 🚚🌍
We currently ship from Spain to:

Spain (mainland & Balearic Islands): approx. [2–5 business days] after dispatch.

European Union: approx. [4–10 business days] after dispatch.

Other international destinations: approx. [7–21 business days], depending on the country and courier.
These are estimates only. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control 🕊️
3. Shipping rates & free shipping 💶✨
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

Standard shipping within Spain from [4.90 €]

Standard shipping to EU from [9.90 €]

International shipping from [14.90 €]
From time to time we may offer free shipping promos (for example, orders above a certain amount or special campaigns). We’ll always share these on our website and social media 🎉
4. Order confirmation & tracking 🔍

After placing your order you’ll receive an order confirmation email 📧

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey 📦

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after dispatch.
5. Shipping address & delivery issues 📮
Please make sure your shipping address, email and phone number are correct at checkout 🙏

We’re not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If your parcel shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, first check neighbours/reception. If you still can’t find it, contact the carrier and then email us so we can support you as much as possible 💌
6. Customs, duties & taxes (outside EU) 🌎
For orders shipped outside the European Union, your country’s customs office may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees:

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Any such additional costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
7. Pre-orders & launch items 🚀
Sometimes we may offer pre-order or launch products:

Pre-order items will clearly show an estimated shipping date on the product page.

If your order includes in-stock + pre-order items, the order may ship together once everything is ready (we’ll specify this on the product page).

Dates are estimates and may change due to production or shipping delays, but we’ll always keep you updated ✨
8. Lost or damaged parcels 💔📦
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is lost in transit, please contact us at info@bikiwibikinis.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, including:

your order number,

photos of the packaging and item (if damaged),

any info received from the carrier.
We’ll help you open an investigation with the carrier and look for a fair solution, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
